Guitar, Piano, Voice

Charlize began taking vocal lessons at the age of 13 and since then has learned to play piano, guitar, and ukulele through private instruction and school education. Since then she knew that music was the career path she would take. 

 

Charlize is a performer as well. She is currently in the band Portrait of Elysia, but was previously the lead singer of Esoteric with a released EP album titled “Something Will Come” filled with original music. She also performs frequently as a solo artist. 

 

She began her journey as a music education major at the age of 16 at MJC and is now pursuing a bachelors degree in Choral Music Education at University of the Pacific.
